Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed. At registration you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth.

3.2 Account Verification

33bb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Verification may require:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

3.3 Password and Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

33bb currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

Deposit Rules: You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made to your verified payment account.

  • All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
  • 33bb reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
  • It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33bb offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and the deposit must be wagered 15 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. Total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing you must place total bets of ৳3,000 × 15 = ৳45,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own applicable terms — please read the details of each offer.
  • A bonus applies to one member, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
  • 33bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be closed.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33bb VIP program has five tiers, ranging from Bronze to Diamond. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. VIP tier benefits may be changed at 33bb's discretion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is affected by a technical error, 33bb reserves the right to void that bet. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as violations of these Terms:

  • Using software, bots, or automated systems to manage games or bets.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
For any of the violations listed above, 33bb reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit all deposited funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

The 33bb platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 33bb is not liable for:

  • Loss of bets due to an internet connection failure.
  • Delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
  • Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
  • Losses resulting from user negligence or carelessness.

In any circumstance, 33bb's maximum liability will be limited to the value of that specific transaction.
